If you are in search of a particular item we would be very pleased to discuss your needs

via phone and explore how we can work together to bring the piece into your ownership.

When sourcing an item for a client:

The client will incur no service fee for the sourcing of desired item
When item is found that matches the clients requirements they will be alerted
and provided with images and details to review the item to ascertain if it meets their needs.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase we will refund the purchase price

less shipping costs provided that the purchaser advises us in writting via e-mail

within 7days of receipt of item.

Items returned with advanced approval are done so at the buyers cost. The buyer is responsible for packing, shipping costs and full insurance. Refunds / returns will be fullfilled upon receipt of the item by Chantilly Antiques in its original condition as at the time of purchase.

Antique Delivery Service

Chantilly Antiques take the greatest pride in ensuring we deliver our clients purchases

are one so in a timely manner with the safety of the Antique as the highest priority.

Where possible Chantilly Antiques will personally deliver items within Victoria

to the client to ensure safe delivery.

When such personal delivery is not possible Chantilly Antiques engage the services

of reputable experienced carriers to ensure the safe delivery of your item to your home

or delivery address.

Delivery service is at the clients expense and a quote will be provided to the client

for approval prior to booking of such services.

Overseas Delivery Service

Chantilly Antiques have over 30 years experience in shipping freight around the world by both sea and air. Internatonal delivery service is at the clients expense and a quote will be provided to the client for approval prior to booking of such services.
